Office Manager

We are looking for a reliable, well-organized administrative professional to handle day to day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. This position will be responsible for streamlining administrative procedures and assisting with a variety of marketing, accounting, scheduling and project coordinator tasks to keep our small business operating effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and changing work in a dynamic office environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Adobe InDesign preferred
  • Construction industry experience preferred
