Project Details
Located in the St. Johns neighborhood of Portland, Cathedral Village Apartments is an 94,000-square-foot, 110-unit affordable housing building providing equitable access to housing for families, communities of color, immigrants, refugees, and households experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Within proximity to park and public spaces, the facility also offers residential services including an after-school music program for children and teens. To better serve families, half of the building’s units are two- and three-bedroom apartments. 37 of the units are set to be affordable to households at or below 30% of area median income.
