We believe in design that empowers

Our team is inspired by the opportunity to change the world. We do this as a woman-owned firm, claiming a seat at the table for more diverse voices; we do this through our culture, promoting purpose and work-life balance; and we do this through design, creating spaces where people are able to live, work, and learn as their true, authentic selves.

Together, we thrive

As active, inspired electrical engineers, we look to make true connections with our clients and project partners. Scrappy, unpretentious, and intense (in a good way!), we tackle challenges with energy, passion, and confidence.

We rally teams, lead projects with conviction, and go the extra mile to deliver for our partners.

Samata has been a delightful partner for many years. Their team provides innovative and collaborative solutions for technical challenges and have become our first choice for electrical engineering on many of our priority projects. Even on projects that present unique challenges with lofty sustainability goals, the Samata team listens, understands, and works to develop solutions that are cost effective and exceed performance objectives.

Doing the hard work to make a difference

Community

We recognize that healthy, thriving communities require access to inclusive design, education, alternative transportation, and ample outdoor space. We're working to support a stronger, more diverse, and more resilient society that can meet the challenges of the future.

Sustainability

In addition to placing the environment at the forefront of design, we source materials and services locally, minimize water and energy consumption, and work diligently to protect the health of the planet.

Social Justice

We believe in design that empowers, and our focus is on the bigger picture—the impact we have, the relationships we nurture, the voices we uplift, the community we build, and the justice that we demand.

Every change starts with a single spark

We support organizations that are striving to make a change. Through our SPARK program, we provide employees paid time for volunteer opportunities, as well as involvement in local mentorship and outreach. Each year, we select a featured non-profit partner from our community and donate 1% of our total revenue in support of their cause.
